Today's Highlighted Video Story: After realising she'd been scammed, Angela Fitzwater called her Australian bank 12 times, looking for help and answers. The bank's own call logs show its customer service representatives repeatedly couldn't get through to its own fraud department. They also suggest the bank called her back just once.

 Focus of the Day Legal News: A government scheme to restore free expert legal advice for people facing eviction or home repossession has gone live from today. The Housing Loss Prevention Advice Service expects to help some 38,000 people a year. Full story - The Law Society Gazette
