Meanwhile, some neighbourhoods feel like they’re frozen in time, with civilians rebuilding their streets brick by brick. Matt Frei looks at one community, over the course of one year - which is living in the shadow of war. On the outskirts of Chernihiv city, near the border with Belarus, are the suburbs of Novoselivka and Bobrovytsya. Both were heavily bombarded in the first weeks of the invasion.

Focus of the Day Legal News: The Bar Standards Board (BSB) has welcomed an increase in reports of bullying and harassment in the profession, saying the rise indicates growing confidence in how it deals with them.
