Today's Highlighted Video Story: New details have emerged over the crash on Melbourne's Eastern Freeway which left four police officers dead. It can now be revealed that the driver at the centre of the smash, Mohinder Singh, was high on drugs and severely sleep deprived when his truck slammed into the officers in April this year. The 48-year-old pleaded guilty over the incident and apologised to his victims, describing them as innocent people.
