Today's Video Focus: Three police officers caught on video bashing a man during a welfare check in 2017 have escaped conviction, instead facing fines for the attack on the man at his home in Preston.
Officers John Edney, 30, Florian Hilgart, 42, and Brad McLeod, 35, were found guilty of assault last week and have each agreed to a good behaviour bond for 12 months.
