Today's video story: India is a vast and complex country with many languages. The ongoing demonstrations by farmers from Tamil Nadu at Jantar Mantar in Delhi in an attempt to bring their drought woes to the attention of the Centre. How does one raise her/his voice to be able to get the attention of those who don't understand the language? The farmers from Tamil Nadu do not know any language other than their native Tamil language. However, they are under the compulsion to highlight their concerns to the media and government in the capital where only Hindi and English are understood by most people.
