FOCUS OF THE DAY: Litigators rail against twin forces of higher court fees & increasing disclosure costs. The London Solicitors Litigation Association (LSLA) members who took part in this year’s survey expressed concern that the hike in court fees now stood in the way of access to justice for smaller businesses, and was undermining the major international work which is seen as such a strong contributor to the Treasury. Today's video story:  Jeremy Corbyn has paid tribute to Jo Cox describing her as a 'very passionate and very committed' MP and added "we've lost a great talent." Speaking to Andrew Marr, he said he'd been struck by the unity of the crowd when he visited the constituency on Friday. The Labour leader said it's still important for MPs to be part of the community and they should not live in a "security bubble". "It's an attack on all of us," he said
