FOCUS OF THE DAY: A new outcomes-focused CPD scheme is to be introduced for CILEx members from September after being given approval by the LSB today. The new scheme is the first to follow recommendations made by the Legal and Education Training Review to make CPD more flexible and requiring professionals to demonstrate 'learning outcomes'.
