 Today's Highlighted Video Story: Resources companies have been urged to fix the sexual harrassment, bullying and racism revealed in a damning report commissioned by Rio Tinto. Women's and Indigenous groups have condemned the culture at the mining giant, calling for better reporting and accountability as well as more support for victims.

 Focus of the Day Article: Only 2% of lawyers working in law firms are black, according to diversity data published by the Solicitors Regulation Authority that appears to show minimal diversity progress in relation to ethnicity. The figures are based on information submitted to the SRA last summer from more than 8,700 firms employing more than 180,000 people. Changes are being proposed are designed to help resolve cases much more quickly, reducing cost, delay and stress for all involved, while also improving public protection, consistency and providing a deterrent to reduce future risk of repeated behaviour.

 Today's Highlighted Video Story: The Madras High Court has reserved it's orders on a plea for a CBI probe into the death by suicide of a class XII girl. The parents allege the school attempted to forcibly convert her to Christianity after a seeing an unverified video in which the girl says two years ago that her warden asked her parents if she would convert to Christianity & her family refused. However in a new unverified video the 17 year old says "I couldn't concentrate in studies. I took poison fearing my marks would decline". The girl blames the warden of making her do other work saying "I had to look after accounts, do all the work"
