But the Congress chief, in an exclusive interview to NDTV today, said, his apology was only to the Supreme Court and that "I am not apologising to the least for saying "Chowkidaar chor hai" or that PM stole money."

Junior lawyers have warned that aspiring solicitors risk being exploited if they are not paid a minimum salary while completing the work experience element of the new Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). In a letter to Paul Philip, chief executive of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), the Law Society’s Junior Lawyers Division (JLD) urges the regulator to reinstate a mandatory minimum salary for both trainee solicitors and would-be lawyers undertaking the SQE.

This money is used to fund the trade association activities that the Law Society focuses on. It explains its core focus as supporting its members but perhaps solicitors should be asking if it is really acting in their interests all the time?

Boko Haram fighters have recently increased attacks on civilians with suicide bombings, kidnappings and burning entire villages. Many families have fled Nigeria's Borno state, the centre of the Boko Haram rebellion, but the attacks have followed them across the border and they are still looking for safety.
