Today's Highlighted Video Story: Lebanon's caretaker prime minister has warned the Palestinian president that his army will intervene if rival factions don't stop fighting in Ain al Helweh refugee camp. Najib Mikati says the gun battles are a 'flagrant violation' of Lebanese sovereignty. Six days of violence between rival Palestinian groups have killed at least 13 people and displaced thousands.

 Focus of the Day Legal News: The Crown Office is facing calls to disclose its “confidential” guidelines for issuing recorded police warnings (RPWs), The Herald reports. The calls follow the recent assault of a woman, Julie Marshall, at a rally in Aberdeen.
