Today's Highlighted Video Story: Hamas has freed four women and Israel has freed 200 illegally held Palestinians as part of the most recent ceasefire deal in Gaza. It had been expected that Israel would allow displaced Palestinians to return to their homes in the north following the hostages' release, but Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that was not happening.
