Today's Highlighted Video Story:  Israel says its special forces have recovered the body of a man they say was killed while being held captive in Gaza. Elad Katzir was one of the 253 people taken hostage during the Hamas-led attacks in Israel last October. Almost six months now into the war, repeated attempts to broker a second truce - after a week-long pause in fighting in November - have failed. Hamas leaders say they will travel to Cairo for ceasefire talks tomorrow, but have reiterated their demand for a prisoner exchange and a permanent end to the fighting.
