Today's Highlighted Video Story: A movement accused of violence and xenophobia is targeting immigrants in areas struggling with soaring poverty, unemployment and crime. A familiar cycle of blame, but this is South Africa, where a group called Operation Dudula has been mobilising in the townships. Members often film themselves  confronting, and in some cases attacking, other black Africans who they accuse of breaking the law and taking jobs from locals.
