 Today's Highlighted Video Story: President Biden has defended the US withdrawal from Afghanistan as thousands of desperate people try to flee the country following the Taliban seizure of power. There have been tragic scenes of panic and mayhem at Kabul airport as Afghans tried to board departing aircraft, some clinging to planes as they took off. US and British troops are working to evacuate their citizens but the fate of many Afghans who have worked for the former government and coalition forces is unclear.
