Focus of the Day Legal Article: The senior family judge, Sir Andrew McFarlane has warned of ‘fatigue and demoralisation’ among practitioners and urged them to prioritise their mental health and wellbeing. Speaking at Resolution’s online conference this week, ‘Future of Family Practice’, the President of the Family Division said fatigue was endemic across the sector.
