 Focus of the Day Legal Article:  A non-EU migrant worker who had his visa application refused after the Home Office revoked his employer’s sponsor licence and did not inform him has successfully appealed the decision of the Upper Tribunal to refuse his petition for judicial review of the decision. Today's Highlighted Video Story: British special forces have boarded a tanker off the Isle of Wight and gained control after a suspected hijacking. Members of the elite Special Boat Service landed on the vessel by helicopter. Seven people have been detained on the Liberian-registered vessel, which was heading for Southampton. The crew are said to be safe and well.

 Focus of the Day Legal Article:  A further two Nightingale courts have opened at Bristol Law Society’s headquarters and Chester Town Hall, bringing the total number to 14. As of last week, 77 jury trials will have resumed, and are running in five Nightingales and two other courts.
