Today's Highlighted Video Story: A month has passed since the deadliest day in Israel's 75-year history, with an estimated 1,400 people dead. Some 240 people are thought to still be held hostage in Gaza: Israelis and foreigners, soldiers and civilians, old and young. Demonstrations and pleas to bring hostages home are becoming more urgent. In the ongoing retaliatory attack on Gaza by Israel, nearly 10,000 Palestinian lives have been lost and over a million people displaced.

Today's Highlighted Video Story: Israeli forces have arrested Ahed Tamimi, a prominent 22-year-old Palestinian activist, for “inciting terrorism”. They announced the arrest on Monday following another round of overnight raids and fighting in the occupied West Bank. Violence has been spilling over into the territory since the start of the Israel-Hamas war last month.
