Today's Highlighted Video Story: A 23 year Australian old man has been sentenced to more than three years jail for causing the death of a Perth teenager who fell from a moving car in a laneway at the rear of his family's northern suburbs home.

 Focus of the Day Legal News: The High Court has overturned a judge’s finding of fundamental dishonesty, after ruling that the reasons were not properly explained. His Honour Judge Khan, sitting at Burnley County Court, had said in his judgment it was ‘axiomatic’ that the personal injury claimant’s dishonesty over a head injury had been fundamental.
