Today's Highlighted Video Story: Global temperatures are set to break records in the next five years, with a 98 per cent chance one will be the warmest ever recorded, according to a new report from the UN's meteorological agency.  The report, released by the World Meteorological Organization, said there will be a 66 per cent likelihood that between 2023 and 2027 the annual average near-surface global temperature will be more than 1.5C above pre-industrial levels for at least one year.
