Today's Video Focus:  Eight soldiers were taken hostage in clashes with protesters in the city
 of Cochabamba on Saturday, with seven eventually being rescued.
Arturo Murillo, a government minister, said the soldiers were guarding a
 caravan of dump trucks trying to unload at a city dump when residents 
of the K'ara K'ara neighbourhood waited for them with sticks and stones,
 refused to let them pass, and took eight hostages.
