Today's Video Focus: The Rajasthan provincial government (India) has said it will re-examine the Pehlu Khan case, in which a district court acquitted the six men accused of thrashing the dairy farmer on suspicion of cattle smuggling two years ago. Pehlu Khan, whose beating was captured on a mobile phone video used by Rajasthan police to identify his attackers, died of his injuries three days later.

Our investigation shows otherwise. We analyzed over 1,000 photos and videos, froze the fatal moment in a 3-D model of the protest, and interviewed more than 30 witnesses and I.D.F. commanders to reveal how Rouzan was killed.

Just over 1 in 10 (11 percent) the UK's retail workers have experienced “inappropriate touching of a sexual nature” in their current role, according to a new survey by law firm Foot Anstey. A figure of 11 per cent represents 319,000 workers in the UK's retail sector.

Solicitors were not bound to a lower costs figure by a partner’s email to clients promising to ‘honour’ a costs budget, the High Court has ruled. Claimants in Blyth & Anor v Nelsons Solicitors Ltd had sought to cap the fees owed by them to the Midlands firm for work in a contentious probate dispute, but Mr Justice Stewart, sitting in the Queen’s Bench Division, rejected their appeal and said there was no binding agreement to limit costs.

But even after Brexit, the UK government has lots of plastic policies of its own. But do they make sense? Or are we just making things worse – and ignoring the broader issue of climate change? Is recycling actually worth it?

The chair of the Criminal Bar Association (CBA) has called on the senior judiciary to extend wellbeing protocols being drafted for the family courts to the criminal jurisdiction. Chris Henley QC said the wellbeing of those working in the criminal courts was not being prioritised or respected.
