Today's Highlighted Video Story: A 17-year-old boy has died by suicide inside Western Australia's controversial Banksia Hill Youth Detention Centre. The boy is the second child on record to die in detention in Western Australia. Justice advocates are calling for an overhaul of the states youth detention system, with the teenager's death coming less than a year after the death of 16-year-old Cleveland Dodd in detention.
