Today's Highlighted Video Story: It's a story that has shocked the country - the gangrape of a 17-year-old girl in Hyderabad by six boys - five of them minors belonging to influential families. There is concern that they may be tried as juveniles and therefore get away with lighter punishment. This shows that even in a post-Nirbhaya world, there is no fear of consequences and that even tougher new rape laws may not be enough to deal with this problem
