Today's Highlighted Video Story: The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad today arrested an employee of the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) for allegedly supplying secret information of fighter aircraft to Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agency. "The Nashik unit of the state Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) received reliable intelligence about the man, who was in constant touch with ISI. The man, identified as Deepak Shirsath, was supplying confidential information about Indian fighter aircraft and their manufacturing unit to the Pakistani spy agency through WhatsApp and social media," DCP Vinay Rathod said.

Focus of the Day Law Article:  The Bar Council has urged all Government Legal Department barristers to respond to a call for evidence around judicial review, saying it is important to provide a ‘broad range of perspectives from as many parts of government as possible’. The Independent Review of Administrative Law is seeking feedback from government departments over whether judicial review strikes the right balance between enabling citizens to challenge the lawfulness of government action and allowing the executive and local authorities to carry on the business of government. Full story - The Law Society Gazette
