Today's Video Focus: One of the suspects in the poison attack on the former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter has been revealed as a highly-decorated, senior officer in Russia's military intelligence unit, called Colonel Anatoliy Chepiga, according to the online investigation site Bellingcat. Their report claims that Chepiga was the man who travelled to Salisbury under the name 'Ruslan Boshirov'.

The Legal Services Board (LSB) has received unprecedented lobbying against the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s (SRA) plans to allow solicitors to practise from unregulated businesses.
It comes as research shows widespread ignorance among solicitors in small firms about the change.
The LSB is currently considering the SRA’s proposed new Handbook, the most controversial element of which is freeing up solicitors to deliver unregulated legal services to clients from unregulated businesses.

Suspects detained under latest terrorism legislation making its way through parliament could be questioned for an hour unaccompanied by a solicitor, the Law Society has warned. Even then, the onus is on the detainee to request a solicitor and consultations would not be private, Chancery Lane added. The Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Bill will have its second reading in the House of Lords next month. Chancery Lane has flagged up multiple concerns that appear to undermine suspects' rights to legal advice.
