FOCUS OF THE DAY: Law Society president urges firms to consider their PII requirements. Chancery Pii, the joint venture between the Law Society and Miller Insurance Services, has unveiled its renewal offer for small firms with between one and four partners. Included in its offering for 2014, Chancery Pii will provide access to insurers with 'A+' rated cover (Standard & Poor's or equivalent) along with £1m, £2m or £3m limits of indemnity at minimum terms and conditions.
