Today's Highlighted Video Story: There is some horrific detail in today's report into the deaths of babies at a scandal hit NHS trust in Shrewsbury. Grieving mothers were blamed for their loss, their concerns were dismissed and some babies were treated so brutally they died.  But the review is just the start of the inquiry and only looks at 250 cases. The full inquiry will look at more than 1,800, and will be the largest clinical review the NHS has ever done into one service.
