Today's Video Focus:  Opernplatz in Frankfurt, Germany witnessed a massive police presence as the city enforced a recently imposed curfew on Fridays and Saturdays from 1am. The move comes a week after a massive brawl reportedly broke out among revelers, resulting in 39 people being detained.
