Today's video story: The shock and outrage of Indian home owners, of the hard-working citizens who have sunk their life savings into buying their dream home but have never received it because of the builder is bankrupt. Then there are cases where builders, desperate to fob off their incomplete construction, hand it over to desperate buyers who have no choice but to receive it because otherwise they will end up paying even more. On the show, families who wanted their own home but continue to suffer, a handful of builders, and lawyers to tell us if there is anything that can realistically be done.

Focus of the day story: HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is working with Microsoft to build a prototype for a fully virtual hearing, which will tested in October, it has emerged. The latest development in the £1bn modernisation of the courts and tribunals, it will pilot virtual case management hearings in the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, involving judges, HMCTS staff, lawyers and Home Office presenting officers.
